Norman is a Principal in the Trenchless Practice Group of Delve Underground in their Walnut Creek, California office. Norman is responsible for the engineering design of trenchless installations that include microtunneling, HDD, Direct Steerable Pipe Thrusting, pilot tube guided boring, pilot tube pilot tube-guided pipe ramming, pilot tube guided auger boring, conventional pipe jacking, and auger bore installations. Norman has been an active participant in NASTT for the last 25+ years and previously served as treasurer for the WESTT chapter affiliation.
