How do I login? If you have a member or customer account, your username is the primary email address affiliated with your account. If you have forgotten your password, you can reset your password. Login or reset your password. If you are logged in, you can change your password under the My Account tab.

Membership/Renewal

 

How do I update my contact information?  Login to update your contact information under the My account tab, Contact Info.

When does my membership expire? When you are logged in, the Overview tab will show if you are an active member and your membership expiration.

When will I billed for renewal? You will receive your first renewal notice 60 days prior to your expiration date.

When is payment due? In order to ensure your membership continues without interruption, payment is due upon receipt of your first notice. Your membership will lapse immediately on the expiration date.

What kind of payment is accepted?

Payment must be made in US Dollars. NASTT preferred payment methods include:

  • Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) either online or by phone; and
  • Checks mailed to: NASTT Financial Services, PO Box 74358, Cleveland, OH 44194-4358.

ACH payments are accepted upon request. A $25 service fee will be added to the dues amount. Send your request to membership@nastt.org.

Please never email your credit card information or copies of checks that include routing numbers or other sensitive information.

My membership lapsed. Am I still able to renew? Yes, NASTT extends a brief grace period. Please note, when you renew after your membership lapses, you are paying your dues in arrears. Your next renewal date will be one year from your original expiration date, not from your payment date.

We need a W9 before we can issue payment. Who do I contact? Send your request to membership@nastt.org.

How do I get a receipt? When your payment is processed, a receipt will be emailed to you. You can also log in to your account to print a copy of your paid invoice.

I am an Individual member. How do I become part of my organization’s group membership? Since additional fees may be required, please have your organization’s primary contact send an email requesting to add you. If you do not know who the primary is, please contact membership.

How do I switch my membership from Corporate or Government to Individual? How do I change to retired status? Contact membership to change your membership type. An updated invoice will be issued at the applicable rate.

Who can renew our group membership online? If multiple employees from your organization are members of NASTT, the organization’s primary contact will receive the renewal notifications and one combined invoice.

How does our organization add or change submembers? Request new additions, deletions or substitutions by sending your request with the following information to membership@nastt.org: name, title, email address, phone number and address (if different from the Primary address).

Can our organization add or change submembers any time of the year? Yes, submembers can be added or changed year-round. Organizations will be billed for submembers not included in the base rate. Submembers will become active upon receipt of payment.

How does our organization change our primary contact? Contact membership with the new Primary contact name and whether or not the existing primary will remain a submember or will be removed from the membership.

I am a submember and received an email renewal. Why don’t I see an invoice online? Group memberships are billed to the group primary member contact. When you receive an email notification that your membership is about to lapse, contact the primary member listed in the email to facilitate renewal.

I received the group invoice to renew, but I’m not the correct person to have received it. What should I do? Contact membership as soon as possible so we can update our records.

Which NASTT educational programs offer Continuing Education Unit (CEU) certificates? NASTT offers Continuing Education Unit (CEU) certificates for educational sessions at the NASTT No-Dig Show, along with full or half day Good Practice Course training sessions. CEUs are not offered for complimentary educational events. Earn one CEU for every 10 hours you participate.
