Norman Joyal

Norman is civil and geotechnical engineer with over 39 years focusing primarily on trenchless projects for the last 25 years. His strong geotechnical background and familiarity with all the trenchless methods allows him to focus on trenchless projects spearheading preliminary site assessments for the feasibility of trenchless applications, preliminary and final alignment and layout, geometrics, pipe or casing designs, and the preparation of specifications for trenchless projects. Norman has been involved with NASTT since the mid-1990s and presented his first paper at No-Dig in 2001. He is an active participant as a presenter or co-author on papers at the No-Dig conferences and is WESTT’s former treasurer.
