NASTT’s Pipe Bursting Good Practices Course – VIRTUAL
Join us for virtual training!
Pipe bursting is the perfect process to replace an existing line with a completely new, larger pipe — with minimal excavating. This construction technique is recognized as one of the only methods of trenchless rehabilitation that replaces an existing line with a completely new pipe, providing a total pipe replacement and allows for the replacement of an existing pipe with a new line of equal or larger diameter — to maintain or increase flow capabilities.
Date: December 10-11, 11:00AM – 3:00PM (Eastern) (each day | breaks provided)
Location: Virtual webinar format
Cost: Discounted Member Rate – $300.00 USD | Non-Member Rate – $350.00 USD

Meet the Instructors:
Edward Alan Ambler
Alan is the owner of AM Trenchless LLC and has 18 years of experience working on various engineering projects. While an employee at the City of Casselberry, Florida, Alan managed the day to day operations of a municipal utility while developing the capital improvement program and executing projects. Alan has designed over 370,000 linear feet of pipeline projects and is a national leader in trenchless technologies, such as pipe bursting. Alan is the Chair of NASTT’s Pipe Bursting Center of Excellence and a co-author of the Pipe Bursting Good Practices Guidelines, 3rd Edition. Alan has a BS in Civil Engineering, a MS in Environmental Engineering and holds two patents.
Bradley S. King
Bradley has served in the trenchless technology industry since 1996 serving in many roles with companies specializing in horizontal directional drilling, sliplining, pipe bursting, CIPP, and tunneling. Bradley has held many different, field-level, supervisory, managerial, and executive roles. The current Chief Operating Officer for Horseshoe Construction, a Houston-based pipe bursting, has extensive installation and knowledge of most trenchless pipe products and trenchless pipe installation methods in his 28 years in the industry.
After serving in the armed forces, Bradley received his Bachelor of Science in Engineering Technology from Missouri Western State University where he specialized in trenchless methods, holds an MBA with an emphasis in Accounting from Louisiana State University at Shreveport, and received his Doctor of Business Administration at University of the Incarnate Word. Bradley’s unpublished manuscripts consist of studies in operational efficiencies and diversity in the workplace. Bradley serves on the NASTT South Central Board of Directors, as an HDD Operator Training instructor, and presented at numerous regional and national consortiums, seminars, conferences, and corporate sales meetings on trenchless methodology.
Robert J Morrow
Robert Morrow is the founder of Morrow Trenchless and Faction Fusion of California and has been involved with more than 500,000 LF of Pipe Bursting installations ranging from 4 inch diameter, up to 32 inch diameter over the past 25 years. Robert has utilized many different types of pipe bursting equipment and has spent his career trying to tackle difficult project that not only bring knowledge from success but knowledge from extreme challenges and even failure. Morrow has been known to fabricate and manipulate equipment and tools to serve the installation process. Fabrication and invention has led Morrow to the creation of Faction Fusion, a manufacturer of saddle fusion equipment and fittings for connecting to the HDPE pipe, specifically designed around the pipe bursting process. Eat, Burst, Sleep, Repeat!
