Member Pricing

Only NASTT group Corporate members whose membership is paid through October 2025 by July 1, 2025 are eligible for discounted member pricing (rates below). NASTT group Corporate members are entitled to one (1) booth discount per NASTT No-Dig North Showpolicy. Multiple companies are not permitted to share the discount on additional booth space.

Payment

• A fifty percent (50%) non-refundable deposit is required to be paid with submittal of the signed sponsorship and/or exhibit contract. No sponsorship and/or exhibit application will be acknowledged or promoted, either in print or on the No-Dig North Show website, until the contract and required deposit have been submitted and processed.
• The remaining fifty percent (50%) of the sponsorship and/or exhibit is due July 1, 2025. If any balance due after July 1, 2025 is not paid, sponsorship and/or exhibitor’s booth space will be released by NASTT.
• Sponsorships and/or exhibits contracted after July 1, 2025 must be paid in full with submittal of contract.

Cancellation

• No cancellation is allowed unless received by NASTT and its agents in writing. The date upon which the notice of cancellation is received shall apply as the Cancellation Date.
• For sponsors and/or exhibitors paying 100 percent and cancelling before July 1, 2025, a 50% refund is available. Those qualifying for refunds will be paid within 30 days after the close of the No-Dig North Show. Said established cancellation fees shall also apply as penalties for the downsizing of exhibit space.

Each 10 x 10 booth space includes:

• 8 ft back drape and 3 ft. side drape on in-line booths
• 7 in. x 44 in. ID sign in the rear of the booth
• One 6’ x 2’ skirted table
• Two Chairs
• One wastebasket
• Free show passes for current and potential customers
• Company listing on the the NASTT No-Dig North Show website
• Company listing on the the NASTT No-Dig North Show App
• Complimentary links from the NASTT No-Dig North website to your company’s home page
• (2) Full conference registration passes per 10 ft x 10 ft booth
• (2) Exhibit Only registration passes per 10 ft x 10 ft booth
• 24-hour security service
