- Exhibitors – Shipping labels and info can be found on pages 11-12 in your Exhibitor Kit
- IMPORTANT NOTE – If you are sponsoring an item, you will use a separate label that will be provided by Jessie via email along with the necessary deliverables (emails will be sent August 4). All sponsored materials must be shipped separately from your booth materials.
Exhibitor Checklist – Let’s get you prepared for the show!
Please review the checklist of items below to make sure you are prepared as an Exhibitor.
Login to the Exhibitor Services Center
- (Exhibitors – Your company admin received login credentials in their confirmation email):
- Review your company listing on the current floorplan and website for accuracy:
- Correct high-resolution logo uploaded.
- Update company description.
- Pay the remaining balance of your invoice if necessary.
- Through the Exhibitor Services Center
- Register booth staff:
- Based on your booth and/or sponsorship size, you will have pre-slotted passes for both full-conference and exhibit only passes.
- Be sure to register your booth staff before arriving onsite in Vancouver. All Exhibitors will use the Exhbitor Service Portal to register booth staff.
- Review your company listing on the current floorplan and website for accuracy:
- Book your hotel room!
- Review the Exhibitor Kit thoroughly.
- Order rental materials through Levy!
- Reminder – Carpet is a requirement
- Order electricity/internet to your booth.
- Order catering through the facility:
- **NASTT will be promoting the booths with food/drinks via our mobile app, emails and push notifications!
- Order lead retrieval through Expobadge
- Page 43 of the Exhibitor Kit
- Prepare your team with move-in and move-out times (found in the Exhibitor Kit).
- Coordinate with Levy if you have questions regarding Move-In
- Levy Customer Service can help with all move-in questions
- Share a free pass code for your clients to come see the floor!
- They can use the code “FREEPASS” on the Exhibit Hall Only registration type to come to the hall for free.
- Update signature letting everyone know you’re coming to the No-Dig North & ISTT International No-Dig!
- Download an “I’m Exhibiting” or “I’m a Sponsor” Badge to add to your email signature or post on social media! LINKS COMING SOON!
- Reference the flyers provided in your booth when you get onsite to prepare for the 2025 show and get ready for 2026 in Calgary!
- Sign-ups for 2026 happen on Wednesday, October 29 onsite.
