NASTT does not use an outside vendor to solicit hotel booking. The links here on the conference website are the only official room block links. Only emails from nastt.org are official No-Dig North communications regarding hotels. If you receive communications from another entity, these are not authorized and should be considered spam/fraud.
2026 No-Dig North Host Hotels
Thank you for supporting NASTT‘s not-for-profit mission by using our exclusive hotel links and booking in our housing block. NASTT makes a small commission when you use our links which enables us to continue investing in our trenchless future.
All host hotels are within a short walking distance to the TELUS Convention Centre! Make sure you book your hotel room using our discounted block links listed only here on nastt.org.
If you are experiencing issues with booking your hotel room in the NASTT block before the reservation deadline, please contact Michelle Hill. Likely one of the room nights recently sold out and more rooms do open up as we get closer to the show dates.
PLEASE NOTE: The nightly hotel rates will reflect the negotiated discounted rate for NASTT plus the 6% Destination Marketing Fee required by Canadian law – additional taxes/fees will be applied at checkout.
Guests reservations may be cancelled until 11:59pm, September 30. A one-night, non-refundable deposit will be charged to the credit card on file for all bookings beginning October 1. Cancellations made on or after October 1 will result in the forfeiture of the one-night, non-refundable deposit.
