General Information

Do I have to be a member of NASTT to attend?

NASTT members and non-members may attend. Only current NASTT members are eligible for discounted member pricing. Contact Carolyn Hook at membership@nastt.org for more information. Learn more about NASTT membership here.

Can I get Continuing Education Units (CEUs) and Professional Development Hours (PDHs) for attending technical paper sessions?

NASTT, in conjunction with Louisiana Tech University, will award one CEU/ten PDHs for every ten hours of technical paper participation. CEUs/PDHs will also be awarded for the Good Practices Courses. To be eligible to receive CEUs, you must:
* Register for this show as a full conference attendee, full conference exhibitor or one-day attendee. CEUs for the Introduction courses will be awarded regardless of the registration type.
* Make sure your name badge is scanned upon entering and leaving each conference session.
* Complete an evaluation form for each session attended.
Note: 8.75 PDHs or .875 CEU are possible if attending all three days of track sessions. Certificates will be emailed out within 90 days after the conference.

How do I register?

You can register two ways:
1. Online in advance of the conference.
2. Onsite self-registration during the conference.

What are the hours for onsite registration?

* Sunday, March 30, 2025 – 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
* Monday, March 31, 2025 – 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
* Tuesday, April 1, 202 – 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
* Wednesday, April 2, 2025 – 7:30 AM – 12:00 PM

What does my registration include?

Full Conference registrations include access to all technical sessions with the option for CEU documentation; Exhibit Hall access and lunch in the Exhibit Hall Monday through Wednesday with a pre-loaded concession card; the Opening Breakfast (pre-registration is required) and the Meet, Greet, Drink & Eat Networking Event on Monday night. *Please note the Opening Breakfast is a first-come, first-served event; if you arrive on time, you should get a seat!

One Day registrations include access to technical sessions and optional CEU documentation for the date of your registration; Exhibit Hall access Monday through Wednesday and lunch in the Exhibit Hall with a pre-loaded concession card; the Opening Breakfast (Monday registrations only, pre-registration is required) and the Meet, Greet, Drink & Eat Networking Event on Monday night. *Please note the Opening Breakfast is a first-come, first-served event; if you arrive on time, you should get a seat!

Exhibits Only Pass includes access to the Exhibit Hall all three days the hall is open, and you can also attend the Meet, Greet, Drink & Eat Networking Event on Monday night.

How do I edit registration add-ons for event tickets/courses?

Please follow these steps to add to your registration:
1. Log into the Attendee Service Center here: https://s2.goeshow.com/nastt/nds/2025/registration_update.cfm
2. Click on Registration Edit in the left-hand navigation.
3. Click the “Edit” link.
4. Review the ticket options available to you and add to your registration by using the quantity toggle arrows.
5. Review your updated order to ensure it is now correct and click continue to move to the payment page. 6. Enter payment information and click Complete Registration button at the bottom of the page.

When will I receive my registration confirmation?

A confirmation of your registration will be sent to you via email immediately upon registering online. The confirmation will come from the email address: nodigshow@nastt.org, so please add this address to your “safe list.” Please note this is an HTML-based email, so if your settings do not allow receipt of this type of email, or If you do not receive confirmation after 10 days, please do not hesitate to contact our Conference Services Team at nodigshow@nastt.org.

You will need to present the bar code included in your confirmation email at the onsite registration desk in order to receive your name badge.

What is the cancellation policy?

Any cancellations must be submitted by 3/1/2025 for an 75% refund. No refunds will be issued after 3/1/2025. Substitutions can be made at any time. Read the Attendee Terms & Conditions here.

Are there press registrations available?

Press registrations can be arranged, please contact Jenna Hale to facilitate those passes.

Are there any discounts available?

If you register by 3/1/2025 you will receive the Early Registration Rate. NASTT Members benefit from discounted member rates.

What if I lose my Badge?

The Attendee’s registration badge must be worn and visible at all times during the Conference. If an Attendee loses, misplaces, or forgets his or her registration badge, a replacement fee of $25.00 will be charged for the creation of a new one. Read the Attendee Terms & Conditions here.

Where will the show take place?

The NASTT 2025 No-Dig Show will take place at the Colorado Convention Center in Denver.

What are my hotel options?

When is the exhibit hall open for attendees?

The exhibit hall is open for attendees during the following hours, which are primarily exclusive*:

Monday, March 31, 2025: 12:10 – 2:30 PM, 4:00 – 6:30 PM
(Meet, Greet, Drink & Eat Networking Event hosted in the hall from 5:30-6:30 PM)

Tuesday, April 1, 2025: 11:00 AM – 1:30 PM, 3:00 – 5:00 PM

Wednesday, April 2, 2025: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
(*Technical sessions conclude at 9:55 AM)

Lunch concessions will be available in the Exhibit Hall Monday through Wednesday.

Mile High Mixer (Ticketed Event)

Sunday, March 30, 2025, 5:00 – 7:00 PM – There is no better way to celebrate the start of the 2025 No-Dig Show in Denver than joining us for welcome drinks and appetizers at the Mile High Mixer! Start your conference off with excitement as we all look forward to the days ahead greeting friends and welcoming new faces. This is a ticketed event. Purchase your ticket(s) when you register to attend the conference. Be sure to check in on Sunday to get your attendee badge to include 2 drink tickets. There will be a cash bar throughout the remainder of the event.

Opening Breakfast*

Monday, March 31, 2025, 8:00 – 9:30 AM – Full Conference attendees are invited to the Opening Breakfast to visit with colleagues and learn all that is in store for the week! Breakfast promptly served at 8:00 AM. Awards to follow. You will want to arrive on time to get your seat! *This event is included for Full Conference attendees. Pre-registration is required and is first come, first served. Be sure to check in on Sunday to get your attendee badge to gain entry.

Meet, Greet, Drink & Eat Networking Event

Monday, March 31, 2025, 5:30 – 6:30 PM – Celebrate the end of the first full day of the conference with a networking cocktail hour and help us raise funds for the NASTT Educational Fund through a silent auction. Come to this fun social event before heading out for your evening with clients and colleagues. Everyone is invited!

Casino Royale & Awards Reception (Ticketed Event)

Tuesday, April 1, 2025, 6:00-10:00 PM – Feeling lucky? Come roll the dice at our networking event, Casino Royale! This festive celebratory event kicks off with hors d’ oeuvres and an open bar. We then move into the awards ceremony where we will honor the NASTT 2025 Hall of Fame class and the Chair Award recipient. We’ll celebrate with a champagne toast and then open up the casino tables for gaming (play money provided)! Throughout the evening enjoy various food stations, cocktails at the continued open bars and networking with your trenchless community. At the end of the evening attendees can turn in their winnings for a chance to take home raffle prizes. Come dressed to impress, festive cocktail attire is encouraged. Life is a gamble, but the fun at the No-Dig Show is a sure bet! Casino Royale is a ticketed event. Purchase your ticket(s) when you register to attend the conference.

Exhibit Hall Social Hours

Tuesday, April 1, 2025, 3:00 – 5:00 PM – Join colleagues in the exhibit hall after an action packed day of learning and networking to continue those conversations and switch gears before joining us at the Casino Royale gaming tables later in the evening! Cash bars will be located throughout the exhibit hall for all attendees to enjoy a refreshing beverage and socialize on our buzzing exhibit hall floor.

Is there a dress code?

The NASTT No-Dig Show is business casual. Be prepared to network with underground infrastructure professionals, colleagues and peers.

The Casino Night is cocktail festive optional. This is your opportunity to dress-up and celebrate the great achievements within the society of underground infrastructure.
