The NASTT No-Dig Show offers numerous networking events and a chance to enjoy a little fun with industry leaders in addition to extensive track sessions, educational opportunities and exhibit floor.

NASTT Golf Tournament

Date: Sunday, March 29, 8:00 AM – 1:30 PM

Location: Cimmaron Golf Course – Palm Springs, CA

About: Join us for the NASTT Golf Tournament — a lively and laid-back tee time with a powerful purpose. This 120-player scramble is more than just a day of birdies, beverages, and networking; it’s a chance to invest in the next generation of trenchless technology leaders. Proceeds of the event will support the NASTT Education Fund, fueling scholarships, student programming, education, and complimentary No-Dig Show attendance to our Student Chapter members of NASTT.

Party in the Palms

Date: Sunday, March 29, 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM

Location: Renaissance East Pool Deck

About: Kick off the No-Dig Show in style at Party in the Palms! This poolside evening sets the tone for the week with two hours of open bar, lively networking, and connections with NASTT’s Regional Chapters. Surrounded by palm trees and great company, it’s the perfect way to mix, mingle, and launch the show experience.

Cost: $25

General Session & Awards Ceremony

Date: Monday, March 30, 8:00 AM – 10:15 AM

Location: Primrose Ballroom

About: Start your No-Dig Show experience with inspiration and celebration. This all-attendee breakfast brings the trenchless community together for a powerful keynote and the presentation of NASTT’s prestigious awards. It’s the moment we honor our industry leaders, spotlight innovation, and set the stage for an unforgettable week ahead.

This event is open to all registered attendees, but please note: Pre-registration is required and is first come, first served. Be sure to check in on Sunday to get your attendee badge. Continental breakfast will be served.

Ribbon Cutting Ceremony & Exhibit Hall Opening

Date: Monday, March 30, 12:00 – 12:10 PM

Location: Lobby Registration Area

About: Be there for the official exhibit hall opening! Listen to a brief speech from this year’s Planning Chair, Maureen Carlin.

Underground Mixer – Networking Event

Date: Monday, March 30, 5:30 – 6:30 PM

Location: Oasis Halls

About: Discover and connect at the Underground Mixer! This Monday evening event takes place right in the exhibit hall, giving you the perfect chance to build relationships with trenchless peers, explore exhibitor booths, and enjoy a drink (or two) while you connect. It’s the ultimate hall crawl to spark new ideas and lasting partnerships.

This event is open to everyone with an exhibit hall pass and includes 2 drink tickets: Join us!

Exhibit Hall Social Hours (Cash Bars)

Date: Tuesday, March 31, 3:00 – 5:00 PM

Location: Oasis Halls

About: Join colleagues in the exhibit hall after an action packed day of learning and networking to continue those conversations and switch gears before joining us at the Casino Royale gaming tables later in the evening! Cash bars will be located throughout the exhibit hall for all attendees enjoy a refreshing beverage and socialize on our buzzing exhibit hall floor.

Trenchless Classic (Ticketed Event)

Date: Tuesday, March 31, 6:00 – 10:00 PM

Location: Jackie Lee Houston Plaza

About: Celebrate trenchless excellence at the Trenchless Classic! This Tuesday night event brings red-carpet flair outdoors with live entertainment, interactive stations, and an open bar. The spotlight shines brightest as we honor our industry award winners and recognize the 2026 Municipal Scholarship recipients, a true night of trenchless stars among the stars.

Cost: $125 with early registration by March 1, 2026. $150 after March 1.

The Trenchless Classic is a ticketed event taking place during the NASTT 2026 No-Dig Show. Purchase your ticket when you register to attend the conference.
