Early Discount Options
All registrations received by March 21, 2023 qualify for the Early Discount Rates listed in the chart below. Your payment must be received by March 21, 2023 in order to receive the early discount rate. After March 21, 2023, all unpaid early discount registrations will be converted to the regular rate and sent confirmation emails showing the increase in fees due.
Additional Options & Events
Ticketed networking events are additional options for conference attendees and are not included in a regular conference registration. You must register for a regular conference option (Full Conference, One-Day Conference or 3-Day Exhibit Hall) to add a ticketed event.
2023 Exhibitor/Sponsor Registration

Only NASTT group Corporate members whose membership is paid through May 2023 by January 31, 2023 are eligible for discounted member pricing (rates below). NASTT group Corporate members are entitled to one (1) booth discount per NASTT No-Dig Show. Multiple companies are not permitted to share the discount on additional booth space.
A fifty percent (50%) non-refundable deposit is required to be paid with submittal of the signed sponsorship and/or exhibit contract. No sponsorship and/or exhibit application will be acknowledged or promoted, either in print or on the No-Dig Show website, until the contract and required deposit have been submitted and processed.
The remaining fifty percent (50%) of the sponsorship and/or exhibit is due December 1, 2022. If any balance due after December 1, 2022 is not paid, sponsorship and/or exhibitor’s booth space will be released by NASTT.
Sponsorships and/or exhibits contracted after December 1, 2022 must be paid in full with submittal of contract.
No cancellation is allowed unless received by NASTT and its agents in writing. The date upon which the notice of cancellation is received shall apply as the Cancellation Date.
For sponsors and/or exhibitors paying 100 percent and cancelling before December 1, 2022, a 50% refund is available. Those qualifying for refunds will be paid within 30 days after the close of the No-Dig Show. Said established cancellation fees shall also apply as penalties for the downsizing of exhibit space.

Any 10’x10’s can be combined together to create spaces larger than 10’x10′

10 ft back drape and 3 ft. side drape on in-line booths
7 in. x 14 in. ID sign in the rear of the booth
