- IMPORTANT NOTE – If you are sponsoring an item, you will use a separate label that will be provided by Jessie via email along with the necessary deliverables. All sponsored materials must be shipped separately from your booth materials.
Exhibitor Checklist – Let’s get you prepared for the show!
Please review the checklist of items below to make sure you are prepared as an Exhibitor.
- Login to the Exhibitor Services Center
(Exhibitors – Your company admin received login credentials in their confirmation email):- Correct high-resolution Logo uploaded.
- Update company description.
- Through the Exhibitor Services Center
- Based on your booth and/or sponsorship size, you will have pre-slotted passes for both full-conference and exhibit only passes.
- Be sure to register your booth staff before arriving onsite in Palm Springs.
- Review your company listing on the current floorplan and website for accuracy:
- Pay the remaining balance of your invoice if necessary.
- Register booth staff:
- Book your hotel room!
- Review the Exhibitor Kit thoroughly. (link coming soon)
- Order rental materials through Viper!
- Reminder – Carpet is a requirement
- Order electricity/internet to your booth. (link coming soon)
- Order catering through the facility:
- Link coming soon
- **NASTT will be promoting the booths with food/drinks via our mobile app, emails and push notifications!
- Order lead retrieval through Expobadge
- Link coming soon
- Prepare your team with move-in and move-out times (found in the Exhibitor Kit).
- Coordinate with Viper if you have questions regarding Move-In
- Jennifer at Viper can help with all move-in questions
- Share a free pass code for your clients to come see the floor!
- They can use the code “FREEPASS” on the Exhibit Hall Only registration type to come to the hall for free.
- Reference the flyers provided in your booth when you get onsite to prepare for the 2026 show and get ready for 2027 in Raleigh, NC!
- Sign-ups for 2027 happen on Wednesday, April 1 onsite.
