IMPORTANT NOTE – If you are sponsoring an item, you will use a separate label that will be provided by Jessie via email along with the necessary deliverables It is very important that all sponsored materials are shipped separately from your booth materials.

Exhibitor Support Shortcuts:

General Booth Support: Have you reviewed the Exhibitor Kit yet? All booth set-up, rentals, breakdown, carpeting, etc. can be found within your exhibitor kit! Prepare your company for success as an exhibitor by viewing this page thoroughly and often, following the instructions on the page and in the Exhibitor Kit. Viper Tradeshow Services is our incredible Exhibitor Services Company, and you will be hearing from their Exhibitor Services Coordinator, Jennifer Elhardt – jelhardt@vipertradeshow.com via email as we approach the show. Be sure to check your inbox for those details!

Catering: All catering for your booth will be done through the facility. This information can be found in your exhibitor kit starting on page 78.

Electrical: If you require electrical support at your booth, you can find all the information within your kit starting on page 30.

Lead Retrieval: ExpoBadge is the official lead retrieval partner for the NASTT 2024 No-Dig Show. Information regarding that process can be found in your kit starting on page 75.

Registration: For your convenience, we have made unique links that will be pre-set with the number of exhibit hall and full-conference passes you receive with your booth size. These links will be issued to you directly (unique links for each organization) from the email address: NoDigRegistration@american-tradeshow.com and will go out as a reminder continuously until the show. These links are to make things easier for you! Please check your spam folders and reach out to our Registration Manager if you did not receive it.

Hotel Reservations: Book Your Rooms Today! This link on the conference website is the only official room block link. Only emails from nastt.org, MapDynamics, No-Dig Registration, and Jessie Clevenger are official No-Dig Show communications regarding hotels. You will NEVER receive a phone call from NASTT or Jessie Clevenger to solicit hotel rooms. Those calls are fraudulent and the callers do not work for NASTT as they may have stated. NASTT does not use an outside vendor to solicit hotel booking.

Free Pass for Your Customers:

Do you have customers coming to the show? Would you like to invite them to come for free? If the answer is yes, we have a solution for you! Please circulate the link below to any customer interested. Exhibitor Marketing Opportunities:

Promote your presense at the show with the official NASTT 2024 No-Dig Show logo and “I’m Exhibiting” graphics. Exhibitors and Sponsors are permitted to use theses images to promote their participation in the show. View Marketing Collateral here!
