  • Exhibitor vs. Sponsorship Shipping Information:
    • Exhibitors – Shipping labels and info can be found on pages 7-8 in your Exhibitor Kit
    • IMPORTANT NOTE – If you are sponsoring an item, you will use a separate label that will be provided by Jessie via email along with the necessary deliverables. All sponsored materials must be shipped separately from your booth materials.
  • Colorado Convention Center is a Union Labor facility, what does that mean?
    • No exhibitors are allowed on the loading dock. If you wish to unload at the dock, you will have to hire Viper to unload your items and bring them to your booth.
    • If you can set your booth up within an hour, without the use of power tools or ladders, then you can set the booth up yourself.

Exhibitor Checklist – Let’s get you prepared for the show!

Please review the checklist of items below to make sure you are prepared as an Exhibitor.

  • Login to the Exhibitor Services Center
    (Exhibitors – Your company admin received login credentials in their confirmation email):
    • Review your company listing on the current floorplan and website for accuracy:
      • Correct high-resolution Logo uploaded.
      • Update company description.
    • Pay the remaining balance of your invoice if necessary.
      • Through the Exhibitor Services Center
    • Register booth staff:
      • Based on your booth and/or sponsorship size, you will have pre-slotted passes for both full-conference and exhibit only passes.
      • Be sure to register your booth staff before arriving onsite in Denver.
  • Book your hotel room!
  • Review the Exhibitor Kit thoroughly.
  • Order rental materials through Viper!
    • Reminder – Carpet is a requirement
  • Order electricity/internet to your booth.
  • Order catering through the facility:
    • Pages 34 -43 of the Exhibitor Kit
    • **NASTT will be promoting the booths with food/drinks via our mobile app, emails and push notifications!
  • Order lead retrieval through Expobadge
    • Page 78 of the Exhibitor Kit
  • Prepare your team with move-in and move-out times (found in the Exhibitor Kit).
  • Coordinate with Viper if you have questions regarding Move-In
  • Share a free pass code for your clients to come see the floor!
    • They can use the code “FREEPASS” on the Exhibit Hall Only registration type to come to the hall for free.
  • Update signature letting everyone know you’re coming to the No-Dig Show!
  • Reference the flyers provided in your booth when you get onsite to prepare for the 2025 show and get ready for 2026 in Palm Springs, CA!
    • Sign-ups for 2026 happen on Wednesday, April 2 onsite.
