REMINDERS:

10/18/22:

Please note that your first deadline, your PowerPoint draft, is in three weeks! Upload your PowerPoint draft no later than Monday, November 7 in order to secure a spot in the session schedule. Your abstract has been accepted, but you will not be assigned to the schedule until you turn in your first draft.

Authors who fail to meet the deadlines will be moved to the standby list and may or may not receive a spot in the schedule.
1. Click on the blue button below to access your speaker portal.
2. Click on “Session Files” in the left toolbar navigation.
3. If you have multiple abstracts in the system, make sure you select the correct abstract tab at the top.
4. Type in the File Description. This should be the title of your abstract. Make sure you also add the word “Draft” so we know it’s the draft version.
5. Hit the “Browse” button to search and attach your file.
6. Click on the blue “Add File” button to upload the file.
